How do I know if my order went through?
Once you have placed your order you will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation with an order number and receipt. Once the order has been processed you will receive further notices to advise that the shipping process has begun.
My order has been placed, but why haven't I received a confirmation email or SMS message?
If you don't receive an email confirmation shortly after placing your order, please check your email SPAM or Trash folder as it may have ended up there for some reason.
If after checking you find you haven't received it, please contact us and let us know. Our customer service team will respond and forward this to you again.
Can I visit your retail store?
Bellmo is only available online. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will gladly answer these for you.

Bellmo accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Diners Club may be accepted in USA and Canada.
