Can I return a product?

If you change your mind, the product isn't quite the style or design you thought it was, if you're unhappy with the quality or simply wish to return it, you are welcome to do so.

We will provide a full refund of the items you're returning.

Are there any conditions for returning a product?

Our only conditions for returns are:

  • To notify us that you wish to return an item within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving your order.
  • Ensure we receive your item within 30 days of notifying us you'd like to return it.
  • You are responsible for arranging the return of the item and all related costs.
  • Items that were offered in a Sale or as a Clearance item cannot be returned.

Note that Bellmo reserves the right to reject returns outside the 30 day return period.

How do I return a product?

If you wish to return a product, please contact us at and advise that you'd like to return the item.

When you send your item back to us, please attach a note to the outside of the item(s), including the customer name, email address, delivery address, telephone number and order number of the original purchase.

As items can go missing in the post, we suggest using postal insurance to cover the item in case it goes missing during transit.

Keep a record of your return shipment until you have received your refund.

All products being returned must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay anything to return my products?

You will need to organise and pay the cost of postage to return the item(s) to us, but there is no administration fee that we charge for returning items.

When will I receive my refund?

We will endeavor to process your returned product as soon as we can once it is received at our warehouse and is usually within seven business days or less.
